Our Real Estate program offers fast financing closing in less than 30 days rates starting at 6.5 % , 3 , 5 , 7 and 10 years fixed. 30 years amortizations working with credit scores as low as 580 up to 80% LTV Unrestricted cash-out. 

 

Corporate Trust Fund works with high net-worth private individual investors that have two business platforms for our Real Estate Funding programs. Our primary focus involves our direct funding on high end residential real estate and all types of commercial real estate. We can also arrange institutional financing for clients looking for traditional financing.

 

Our primary fund is a Small Balance Fund that focuses on residential and commercial real estate non-bankable transactions up to $15 million Rates starting at 8% interest only payments for 24 months. Our secondary fund is a large balance fund that focuses on deals nationwide from $5 million to $50 million, however we will look at smaller deals on a case by case basis.
